Our Role

Valkyrie Yacht Charters acts solely as a yacht charter specialist and independent intermediary. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any vessels. We connect clients with available yachts for bareboat charters in Miami.

Bareboat Charter Responsibility

As a bareboat charter, the charterer assumes full operational control and responsibility of the vessel for the duration of the charter. This includes navigation, safety, crew selection, and all decisions regarding the vessel. All captains and crew are independent contractors hired directly by the charterer. Valkyrie Yacht Charters is not responsible for the actions, negligence, or performance of any captain or crew member.

Pricing

All prices shown are base charter rates for the use of the vessel only. They do not include fuel, dockage, gratuity, taxes, or other additional fees unless clearly stated.

Referred Personnel

Any recommendations for captains, crew, or vendors are provided as a courtesy only. Valkyrie Yacht Charters is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or any damages caused by referred personnel.
